1. The terms and conditions of contracts, the information on the facts of its existence and performance, as well as any information, documentation and other materials received by the NGK Executive Search in the Service provision process from the Client, including any information on the Client’s customers, partners, business plans, prices, wages, vacant positions, shall be deemed confidential (hereinafter, the “Confidential Information”), i.e. not to be published, made available to third parties or other NGK Executive Search clients, except cases when such Confidential Information is made available for potential candidates on a need to know basis.
   
   
2. NGK Executive Search Consultancy never submits any information about the candidates, their resumes or any other personal information to its clients without prior notification of candidates in order to obtain permission from them to do so. NGK Executive Search Consultancy agrees with its clients that any information on candidates, presented by NGK Executive Search Consultancy is held confidential by the Client.
